Warranty & Returns

Warranty Policy:

Aftermarket parts sold via e-commerce are warranted against defective material and workmanship for period of 90 days. This does not include defects caused by improper installation, service, maintenance or accident. Warranty is for defective parts only and does not include labor or any other costs incurred. Parts for warranty are subject to inspection. Product is to be returned freight prepaid with an explanation of alleged defect. Submit warranty claim by email to:Credit for the part and reasonable return shipping will be issued if after inspection of the product determines that it is covered under warranty. Parts denied for warranty can be returned to the customer per their request at their expense.

There are no warranties express or implied, made by Chicagoland Truck Parts, LLC. to the customer for the aftermarket products sold by Chicagoland Truck Parts, LLC. other than the limited warranty contained in this section.

RETURN Policy:

Aftermarket parts sold via e-commerce are subject to a limited 90 day return policy. Contact Chicagoland Truck Parts, LLC. via email: chicagolandtp@aol.com for a Return Goods Authorization.

Parts returned freight prepaid must be returned in new, unused and re-saleable condition. Credit will be issued after inspection of the returned product. 15% restocked fee on approved returns.

OEM Product Policy:

OEM products sold by Chicagoland Truck Parts, LLC. are covered by the warranty and return policy of the part's original manufacturer. Chicagoland Truck Parts, LLC. will defer to the the determination of the OEM Supplier on their products.
